Pancakes
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix 1 Tbsp melted Butter 1 Egg 3/4 cup Milk Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium-high heat. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until just combined and then pour 1/4-cup portions onto the hot griddle or pan. Cook until bubbly; then flip and let cook until done; about 2-3 minutes per side. Serve immediately. Makes about 8 pancakes.
Waffles
1 cup Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pancake Mix 2 Tbsp melted Butter 1 Egg 1 Cup Milk Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. Mix together all ingredients in a bowl until just combined. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Makes 2 waffles.
