Queen Jel-it-In is a vegan and vegetarian alternative to gelatine. Jel-it-in can be used in sweet and savoury recipes including panna cotta; jelly; terrines and pies. Fast acting; your recipes will set quickly at room temperature; and will hold shape out of the fridge. Jel-it-in is an alternative to gelatine; not a substitute thus some recipes such as cheesecake may need some modifying to achieve desired results.
Unfortunately Jel-in-in is not suitable for making marshmallow or jam.
