We decided to get creative over Easter Weekend and designed our own keto-friendly home chocolate making mix. With a super clean profile this chocolate is gluten; dairy and soy free and contains only the best keto-friendly natural sweeteners.
To whip up a batch of keto chocolate all you need to do is empty the contents of the sachet into a bowl situated over a pot of boiling water; heat and stir for approx 10 minutes then pour the mix into a baking tray or chocolate moulds; freeze and voila it's ready to eat!
You can use this as a base to create all kinds of variations such as adding peppermint essence for peppermint chocolate; desiccated coconut for coconut rough; freeze dried berries; nuts; chili or whatever else you can think up! If you are wanting to up the fat content for keto diets you could also try adding cream to the mix.
