At Gluten Free 4 U, we partner with Aramex to deliver your gluten-free goodies straight to your door, safely and reliably.

We want to be upfront with you - shipping costs are currently higher than usual due to global disruptions, including the ongoing fuel shortage. We know this impacts our customers, and we’re actively working to keep shipping as affordable as possible while still ensuring your food arrives in excellent condition.

Frozen orders require insulated packaging and expedited delivery to ensure they arrive safely. For South Island customers, frozen orders are sent via air freight to prevent spoilage.

Products are generally shipped between Tuesday and Thursday to ensure they arrive safely and on time, unless the order is for a Wellington address, which may be sent with local deliveries or hand delivered. 

Flat Rate Shipping
All our shipping is charged at a flat rate. For this reason we recommend you stock up with as much as you want in within a category and pay the same price for cost effective shopping!

Disclaimer: Unfortunately, shipping to the South Island has gone up significantly recently, and while we have held back passing those costs on, we are no longer able to absorb the entirety of these costs, and will be raising shipping to $35 as of the 19th of July.
